AniPul is a mobile pawn credit application developed by “AllAll Finance” to facilitate clients in covering their expenses. Eligible customers who meet specified requirements can obtain a loan secured against collateral through the application.

Eligibility criteria for obtaining a loan:

• No overdue activity on existing accounts
• No requirement for formal income documentation
• Presence of a SIMA digital signature program
• Possession of a bank card (salary or debit card)
• No need for an identification card
• Availability of four familial contact numbers
• Registered residential address
• Availability of a SIMA digital signature application

Process overview:

1. The applicant logs into the application and fills in all required fields.
2. After submitting the application, the applicant downloads and registers the “SIMA – Digital Signature” app from the Play Store or App Store.
3. Once the application is approved by BOKT, the loan agreement is signed digitally via SIMA and then sent to the applicant for signature through the app.
4. After signing the agreement through SIMA, the loan contract becomes effective.
5. The loan amount is transferred to the customer’s bank card.
6. The customer repays the loan according to a predetermined schedule.

An illustrative example of a loan:

• Loan amount: 100 AZN
• Annual interest rate: 78% (amortized payments)
• Loan duration: 12 months

In this example, a customer borrows 100 AZN, and by the end of 12 months, will have repaid a total of 147 AZN, comprising 100 AZN principal and 47 AZN interest. The effective annual rate (APR) in this case amounts to 78%.
